USMNT Soccer Team Plays Panama March 20th, 7pm in the Semifinals of the 2025 CONCACAF Nations League

The U.S. Men’s National Team (USMNT) is set to face Panama in the semifinals of the 2025 Concacaf Nations League on March 20 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. The match kicks off at 7:00 PM EDT.

Head coach Mauricio Pochettino has announced a 23-player roster for the tournament, featuring a blend of experienced internationals and emerging talents. Notably, Tyler Adams returns to the squad after recovering from a back injury that sidelined him for much of 2024. Gio Reyna also rejoins the team, aiming to regain form amid limited playing time at Borussia Dortmund.

The roster includes six Major League Soccer (MLS) players, such as Real Salt Lake midfielder Diego Luna and Charlotte FC defender Tim Ream. Luna, the 2024 MLS Young Player of the Year, is expected to bring creativity to the midfield.

The USMNT has a strong track record in the Nations League, having secured the title in all three previous editions (2021, 2023, and 2024). A victory against Panama would advance them to the final on March 23, where they would face the winner of the Canada vs. Mexico semifinal.

Fans can watch the match live on Paramount+ and Univision. Tickets are available through the official U.S. Soccer website.
