Retail Live! Southeast 2025 is set to take place on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, located at 1 Grand Cypress Blvd, Orlando, FL 32836.
This premier event offers a unique platform for networking, deal-making, and connecting with expanding retailers, landlords, developers, and industry professionals across the Southeastern United States. The LQ Commercial Real Estate (LQCRE) team, including Paul Rutledge and Zachary Ellis, will be in attendance to discuss prime development opportunities, surplus sites, former bank locations, and redevelopment projects.
Event Schedule:
- 9:00 AM: On-Site Registration and Badge Pick-Up begins.
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Coffee Talk – Enjoy complimentary coffee and network with commercial real estate professionals just outside the registration area.
- 10:30 AM: On-Site Registration opens for those who haven’t registered in advance.
- 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM: Live! with the Retailers Session – Participating retailers will share their site requirements, unique brand attributes, and the ideal way to present sites to them.
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Trade Show – Engage directly with retailers and industry professionals.
- 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Reception & Live! Entertainment – Continue networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
Registration Details:
- Early Bird Rate (through December 20th): $299.00
- General Registration (through February 20th): $375.00
- Late Registration (after February 21st): $435.00
- On-Site Registration: $450.00
The registration fee includes Trade Show entry, a copy of the Retail Live! trade book, and reception entry with two drink tickets. Please note that on-site registrants may receive a digital or hard copy of the trade book after the event if hard copies are unavailable on the day.
